  • Blue Canton: Symbolizes the unity of the Malaysian people.
  • Crescent: Represents Islam, the official religion of the Federation.

The Coat of Arms of Malaysia is a symbol of the nation's sovereignty, traditions, and the unity of its states.

  • Two Tigers: Symbolize strength and courage.

  • Crescent and Star: At the crest, they represent Islam and the monarchy.
  • Motto: The scroll at the bottom reads "Bersekutu Bertambah Mutu" (Unity is Strength) in both Rumi and Jawi script.

Bunga Raya

Bunga Raya

The Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, or Bunga Raya, was chosen as the national flower in 1960. Its vibrant red petals symbolize the courage and vitality of the people.

The five petals represent the five principles of the **Rukun Negara**: Belief in God, Loyalty to King and Country, Supremacy of the Constitution, Rule of Law, and Good Behaviour and Morality.
